Experience the tranquility of farm life, a stones throw from the hustle and bustle of the town. Ruimland Guest House is located 12km from the center of Upington. As the name suggests, our rooms are large and spacious.
Early in the morning you will be greeted by the singing and whistling of birds and perhaps the call of a fish eagle in the distance.
Ruimland Guest House consists of five semi-luxury self-catering units that can accommodate a total of 18 people.
The Guest House is the old farmstead that has been converted into a Guest House. Each guest unit has its own private entrance and bathroom. Our linen is crisp and our rooms are neat and clean.
Each room is equipped with an air-conditioning (split-unit) to dispel the summer heat and winter cold. Each guest unit has a flat screen TV with limited DSTV channels.
There is also a new pool for the hot summers days.
If you are more of an outsider, there is a large area where the children can run around and play. For the older generation, there are large trees to hide from in the summer sun while you have a kalahari chop on the coals.

The Kitchen is fully equipped a two-plate stove, kettle, microwave and fridge and necessary kitchen items.
This room sleeps four people consisting of two single beds and a double bed. Tea and coffee in room.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and basin.
The shower has a soap dispenser with shower gel.
The room has air conditioning and television with DSTV (Guest House Package).
Room has towels and beds have luxury Volpes polycotton linen.
Room 2
It is a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and on-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen with two-plate stove, kettle, microwave and fridge and necessary kitchen items.
There is sleeping accommodation for six people. Tea and coffee in rooms.
One room has a double bed and a single bed and the other room has three single beds.
Both rooms have air conditioning and each room has a TV with DSTV (Guest House Package).

The room is ideal for the hurried traveller, but also comfortable enough to pack for a long weekend.
